IIRC keeping Ca:P ratio in line in feedlot cattle is about the portion of passage of those nutrients through the urine. To low of a ratio and the P can become “ cakey” in the urine and cause blockage. To high and the Ca crystallizes and can create blockage also


Now I understand thereaper as your handle-thank you sir for the good insight-some of the things I forgot and you brought that up-not a easy lesson and most will not understand
