Thanks
On your cal:phos ratio at 2:1
Mine is 4:1
I have always read that it should be no less than 2:1.
How/why does that ratio impact cattle performance and health? What is happening in the calf that makes that ratio important?
On your k value, that is coming from your haylage correct? Legumes contain high k? Yours is 2x mine. I assume that is a good thing. But what is happening inside the calf that makes k important ?
Does ca/phos/k work together? Or maybe a better way to ask is do they need managed together ?
