Beresford, SD | Only changes to be made....dropping to a 25% urea liquid instead of a 50, and switching to generic Rumensin on the next load of liquid feed.
Pens on finisher are eating 25.2# of DM
Pens on grower are eating 25.9# of DM
Cattle on a finisher always seam to eat based on calories, growing ration tends to be volume.
I’m sure the cattle will back off some in this heat, but intakes and rations been consistent for about 10 days straight.
