As a chart technician, you have said the “trend is your friend”. The drought setup in the north and western plains has been on this trend for awhile. 1 forecast .... just like 1 day in market movements is not a trend.
The “trend” has been for missed rains...
It will take a huge hurricane to hit the far west TX gulf shore to break the trend...
