SE MI | Agr723 is correct. Also if you can't afford to loose the investment than don't buy options.. All I can say is I sold 50% of normal production last summer at 4 and have added $1.25 or more to that with a $4500 investment in calls and puts. Usually loose money on options in a flat market but win with more volatile markets. Hoping to add a $100K to my income this year with options.
