North Central Illinois | We were warm and dry here in 2012 from March on through to late July. We had 90 degree temps in March and April which is almost unheard of. I don't think we have had anymore rain now than in 2012 but temps have been a lot cooler. That might be about to change. I think there is 2012 type weather that has been scattered around but not as general as it was in 2012. It appears to be expanding though and things can change in a hurry. While there may be some similarities here and there I think 2012 and 2021 are much different years so far. Who knows? 2021 could end up being worse! We have a very long way to go with summer 2021. | |
