I'll agree. Probably a wiring issue. Somewhere. That error can come from a variety of places. From wiring to the actual module, sometimes a module not the one it says there is a problem with. As they modules an wires get older, I have had not one, but two different splices in two different octopus cable go bad and get corrosion inside.
We have a 2011 SMM and a +/-2015 SMM. The 11 hasn't been used in several years, but still works fine, it's on loan to my Trimble dealer now for a customer of his that's having FIQ issues as well. Our other one is on the planter and still works fine as well.
On our planter I have severe voltage drop that causes all sorts of weird things, it has cost me several days in diagnostics. I'm going to send the Rawson drives out this summer to be looked at, I believe they are drawing too much power.
