perryton, tx
I just traded for a Steiger 420 with factory guidance. This will be strictly a tillage tractor so I don’t need the GPS to be super accurate. I have had Trimble systems running WAAS (SBAS now)or RTX in my CIH row crop machines since day 1 but I’m wondering what they use for a base signal in their own guidance systems. Is it WAAS, or something proprietary? Just curious, thanks.
