Friend has an Envizio Pro system on a sprayer that is not working correctly. Could not get the complete part number off the EPro but what I could read 0172-86? makes me believe that it is 063-0172-865. It has 3.10.0.27 software installed. The issue he is having is it is over applying solution. He would like to run at a ten gallon per acre rate. In a 94 acre field the EPro counted 118 acres. The boom width is entered correctly at 940 inches and the ten sections as entered add up to 940 inches. The system has a new flow meter RFM15 and control valve. Those calibration numbers are entered into the computer. The old control valve was very slow and the butterfly was not opening near enough. The one setting that I believe is not correct is the speed cal setting. At the moment it is set at 1000. I can not find any wheel magnets and I do not believe it is getting speed from a CANbus as I can not find any nodes in the system. It has a switch pro in the system but no auto steer. The 1000 number looks like it was only used with magnets or CANbus. Should the number be sit at 812? And would a incorrect speed setting have anything to due with the high acre count? I asked him if the speed reading on the EPro match the speedometer in the truck and the reply is meter in truck is way off as it has non truck tires on it and they are a lot small diameter than truck tires. He bought this sprayer a year ago so has no idea if it has ever worked correctly, has not since he has had it. Any other ideas what to be checking?
