21k miles. I live on gravel roads. I get that vehicles get dirty and stuff on the inside where I live but this pickup has been awful. I'll detail it and 50 miles later I'll already have a film of dust in there. Then I sat back with my kids one day and I swear to God I was coughing like a window was open. I took it to a dealer. They called me back and said the lariat is a luxury model and it wasn't designed for dirty environment with this model and year. Said it was a design flaw and there was nothing they could do. They said to actually to turn my recirculation fan off when I'm gravel. I bought a lariat because I wanted leather to clean up easier after myself and the kids. It is our 2nd family rig as well. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and found a solution? I'm gonna call the dealer I actually purchased from and see if they have any solutions. Hate to get rid of a vehicle for dirty cab but it's pretty damn miserable on gravel roads. I have a 19 gmc ,seirra, and mine started out like that and dealer told me how to set it for gravel roads and 99% dust free now.It is all in the settings,u have to experiment a little. |
