East Troy, WI | and under rated. You can cut 1"....slowly, and clip right along with half inch. They have a very narrow kerf, which makes them power efficient i think. The trick is clean air, i use water traps, filter, and consumable desiccant filter (what you would use ahead of a paint gun, availible at any auto parts store that has paint supplies, otherwise online). If you buy online, you can save quite a bit of money. I would say on average i get up to 5 arc-hours (continuous) cut time... which is a lot if you think about it, i think that would equate to 30 lbs of steel removed several thousand feet of cut. . In all honestly, thats a ballpark, but its is quite a long time....if you keep the air and tip clean. Another ballpark, 7-9 dollars per hour of cutting for energy and consumables. Hopefully someone who actually is in fab can correct me. https://www.plasma-automation.com/partsdatabase/torchconsumables.php?torchmodel=19
