"Earthen storage basin" here. That's actually what they call it if it is pumped regularly.

The DNR is not that hard to get along with as long as you don't give them a reason to not like you.

I don't think trees in the side of a lagoon would sit well with them. Rodent holes don't sit real well with them either.

If you make any attempt at controlling the weeds they usually don't say too much about them.
