Central Il Morton | After prep work is done, Jack up the wheel to be painted, Block the other side and have a trust worthy hand start tractor and slowly rotate wheel while you paint with a air brush gun. You can feather the paint right out to the edge of the rim with no over spray. Keep the wheel turning until the paint has dried enough to not run.
Flame away but I have done many tractors this way with very little clean up time.
