| I think others are correct in the fact that the jobs you listed while farm related are jobs that require you to do the work but others to manage your labor. I would think some type of management position would make you more complete. You have always decided when, where and how to do most things within reason on the farm. I'm not sure it is as much the dairy farm as it is the freedom to think for yourself that you are missing.
