nc IA | They say we got 11.5" for Mason City... Still got bare ground around in places, but huge drifts in others. Drove in yesterday to work and called back to tell the wife to forget about even trying to get to work or take our son out for daycare.
I just got everthing back home from the farm on Sunday, ran all night Friday night till Sat AM and got finished with the ripper. Got the combine cleaned out and tarped what I could by about 8PM Sunday night.
Glad to be done for the year, just trying to figure out cash flow for the next one! Avg 27.5% moisture coming out of the field.
Sort of interesting getting back to the board and starting to see how other regulars are getting wrapped up and posting again from the region now.
