upstate ny | I've drank raw milk right out of our tank since I was on a bottle, same as my dad, grandad, great grandad did. My kids both drink raw milk from our tank as well. You have to remember that in the grand scale of things, pasteurization is a very new phenomenon. So is refrigeration for all that matters. If people want to buy raw milk it's their responsibility to learn about and understand the bacteria in it.
It's pretty sad that you can go to almost any convenience store in this country and buy cigarettes and tobacco products, lottery tickets to gamble your money away, alcohol to get drunk and gas for your car so you can drive drunk and potentially kill other people as well as yourself, but I can't sell you FOOD. | |
