As mentioned, the only time I've seen what a Mac will do on the webserver side of things is with K. Cook's EWG site. From a purely technical standpoint. I was impressed with how their software handled the tremendous amount of data and returned search results so fast.
If you'd rather not publish the links, my email works and I'll respect your wishes on privacy if that's a concern.
I sold the business and kept the servers. Apache is built into the system and most of the web sites you go to are served by it. If you need a pretty face there are applications for that, webSTAR being one the the better known names for site serving that spanned both the old system and the current linux based system.
