$7000 will get you land with a mid to high 60 "here". $8000 will get you into the low 70's, you couldn't spend enough $ to get a CSR in the 80's in Lyon county, there isn't any.
Lyon and Sioux county have the highest priced land in the state (cost/CSR point).
Iowa land sold today....
