N FLA | I dislike that they use housing starts as an indicator of anything. There are probably enough vacant ones around to house another million or two of population. I think its a good thing they arent starting them. But isnt it always a comparison to the prior year. It may still be too high, considering it was WAY to high in previous years.
I agree, its still bad around here. Locally, worse than 1-2 years ago. Agriculturally speaking, an extremely challenging year also (from an economic perspective). | |
