For me I wouldn't go back to a steering wheel driven system for rtk - just too many additional variables. Even with a bang bang valve it still just controls the 2 steering cylinders. To keep things stable with a bang bang valve I have to set the flow pretty low - the downside is that line acquistion is poor since I don't allow it to flow enough to make big steering changes. However, once I'm pointed generally on line it engages and does fine. Maybe with a prop valve I could engage while running perpendicular to the line in the headlands, but what I have seems pretty good.
