My sources had been saying 50% possibly, but with the size of the durum crops around the globe, the highest price market for a lot of durum is going to be selling it to big sky farms-yes, the sarcasm is intended!
Guess we sell some to Canadian and US pasta makers, but the surplus would make some awful funny bread.
A lot of canaryseed gets stored waiting for the next big jump in price(it makes awful bread too!), guess we might have to do the same with durum.
