cobden, ontario | just turned 25. have some land rented, always looking for more, just like everyone else I suspect. I missed out last year at buying a good farm just up the road from us. Have some land spoken for when the owners go to sell it. They both want to help out a young guy, have to wait and see if that turns out. There is quite a few older guys here but land isnt very high valued here so no real incentive to sell out early or cash rent it. Biggest problem is operating capital
