5-wire barb wire fence. Wood posts (hedge if available) 20 paces apart (I'm 6' tall). Put 2 or 3 6' t-posts between the wooden posts. Corner and brace posts as big as you can get them with a 3" pipe between them.

This fence is probably 50 + years old with hardly any maintenance. Each spring, just go around fence with the 4-wheeler to check. I'm betting that the fences I'm making now could last longer than 75 years with the monster posts I use!
