SE MN Still in Pothole Country
I am guessing you have a six row head. The 28L will be better by some but you will be amazed how much the lug tires will help in back. Dad once had a 6620 Deere with 28L's and three rib steering tires. In any kind of mud the back tires would start sliding and digging a trench. Got a 7720 with 8 row head 30.5 by 32's and lugs in back and much better. Neighbor used to get a new 6620 each year. At the end he got 30.5's and lugs in back and ran a six row head. That was a good mud machine.
