They do that for a reason, as I stated several times in other replies which you apparently can't comprehend. Tip away, but if a few extra ones drive you up a wall, then you have issues with small things.
I went back and re-read my original reply to you. I never accused you of being a cheap tipper. Your miniscule issues with alleged improper change by the waiter is what I think is lame.
