| Never owned one, but just from what I "gleaned" off the net in the past, it sounded like they had issues with the accelerator belt under the walkers. Can't tell you if there were updates that solved the problem or not.
I can tell you that you can get decent straw from the R series if they are Hyperized. We had the same concerns when we switched from the conventionals, but have never had any issued baling straw behind the R's. The C62 is kind of a red-headed stepchild of the Gleaner line. I think you'd be better off in the long run with an R62. | |
