You are both misinterpreting my point. You assume that I mistreat service workers and you could not be more wrong. If you want numbers I tip mostly 15-20%. Above 20% when called for and less than 10% when called for. My tipping is adjusted according to the service received. It is not adjusted according to the denomination of the change that is brought back to the table.

It's a simple concept. I'm sorry you made it out to be something that its not.
