I happen to agree with Cary.
Maybe I'm the only one who stumbles over the word "appropriately". I've been with some who don't know the meaning of the word. I'm not saying you don't, but it means different things to different people. Maybe you could answer directly....do you tip 20% or more for good service?
Speaking of tipping, wait staff and restaurants et al.....
