Dan, my niece (sister's daughter) appreciates you doing with Coffing's. She's married to one of the sons. In the stores you can find thier apples under the label ABC Apples (Always Buy Coffings).
My favorites are as follows:
1 Winesap
2. Braeburns ( crispy & tart)
3. Honey Crisps (they're out :~( )
4. Galas (got to buy them early in the season as they don't keep well)
