If you can do it easily it is better not to write all in capital letters. That is the online equivalent of yelling. I state it that way because I understand for some folks it is a problem. Used to have a friend who typed with a mouth stick (as in hands don't work). In case like that everyone would be understanding. But if you can use normal capitalization it would be better.
