It sounds like you are on a budget when it comes to precision ag. I am in the same boat.
I think the Edge will do a great job yield monitoring. If you have a decent WAAS receiver you can add the OnTrac 2 in the future for less than $4,000. The OnTrac 2 is portable and can be used on multiple vehicles. I think it will also work with the Cruiser.
If you purchase an Insight and decide you want autopilot you will need to spend significantly more dollars, it won't be portable without spending at least $3,000 on each vehicle and you will be locked into TSIP receivers.
