West Texas | Down here in Texas, folks are putting deer bumpers on EVERYthing, from trucks to pickups to SUVs to even a Ford Focus. The owner of the Focus told me that the very same day he had his bumper installed, a deer ran into him. Damage to car: none.
BTW, that Focus bumper was a custom job. Deer bumpers are big business in TX.
OH, about the whistles ... my MIL was given a set once. She said the deer reacted not at all when she drove by them. Just stood in the ditch and browsed. | |
