Pennyrile, West Ky.
Rich has the simplest idea, IF you can come up with a dolly,,,When I moved a JD 4400 under much the same circumstances, no motor, distance and road conditions I robbed the long tubular hitch of my cultipacker, ran it under the rear axle up to a frame cross member, and clamped it with a short piece of steel and all thread, then wrapped a short piece of 3/8 chain around hitch and axle pivot, used a bolt to pull chain tight,,,,removed rear wheels,,,,,,it worked great, pulled it home with 4430 throttled back in C-4,,,,,,,,Hardest part was removing and replacing the cultipacker hitch,,,,,,,,,,
