I'm surprised that there's an instant resume on the market at all - what if you bumped it accidentally and the tractor took a hard turn you weren't expecting? There's a lot of reasons I wouldn't want that to happen.
If you're holding it for five seconds before it engages, there is a problem - call your dealer. It should only be 1-2 seconds. I've never timed it. | |
