Ive corrected a couple mistakes on there part. Nothing nearly as serious as yours. Once they wanted a form so they could access the info I asked for. I didn’t ask for anything. I had to set on hold for about 2 hours till I talked to someone who could fix it. Another time it was similar problem I let my CPA deal with it. Same result
