the IH 715 you could open the window, lean out and there was a little door that you opened, it poped up a little trough the cought some of the tailings for exmanation. I once saw a 715 with a couple of eye bolts and a rod, a small hole and another rod all hooked up to open it from inside the cab. the pullys also had a white stripe painted on them for a "monitor" to make sure the were turning.
