I have owned two pairs of 11" lace up Thorogoods and appreciate the USA made quality. They have held up very well. They do not advertise as waterproof, but do have a liner like my waterproof Keens. This makes them warm for hot weather. I just wear thinnest, shortest sock I can find and am proud to buy American at reasonable prices.
