I've worn them almost daily for over 15 years, and get about 2 years out of a pair. I do have custom made orthotics, but I can put on a new pair and go straight to work. I'll even wear them to events where I'll be on my feet all day, even if they don't look as nice as my other shoes. I do have to replace the laces about halfway through their lifespan. I highly recommend them.
