| That's the only work boot I've been wearing for the last 15 years. Comfortable right out of the box. Never had to go back to old pair while breaking in a new pair because the new ones were hurting my feet. Few years ago, I had trouble with lace hooks pulling out on a new pair after a couple days. Couldn't return them as I had already turned the receipt in at work for reimbursement. E mailed the company. They asked for some pics. Once I sent the pics, they called the retailer and got it all set up so I could return the boots for a new pair. Can get about a year out of them before needing a new pair and even then, the only reason for replacing them is because being on concrete all day, the cushioning in the soles is shot to the point it starts to bother my back. Alot of times ill take the old pair home and wear them around the farm for several months because off the concrete, they don't bother my back. | |
