NE Wisconsin | Update:
I managed to trace the wires from the speed sensor to the CCU. I can post where they go and what connectors they end up in. Bad new is it looks like I have good continuity from the sensor all the way to the CCU on both wires. I'll have to bring my good multimeter to check the resistance and check for short to frame.
I am starting to think its the CCU. I got PTO speed readings when I first fired up the tractor today, until I tapped the CCU with my finger and it went away.
