I use LubeLogic. It's a program that I have installed on my Palm Treo, which means I always have it with me either in the shop or when getting parts. I can list each vehicle separately, and include lots of individual information for each, as well as a listing of replacement parts and a notes page. It's a great program, but hasn't been updated in awhile. Still works fine though.
