I probably own more houses than you. In my area housing values returned to trend line about 18 months ago, which is approximately what they were valued at in 08 prior to crash. Since then they have gone above trend line. I would have to dig to find the chart. But the appraisal on my house in 08, is now the same today.
Good to know that some obscure part of Wisconsin sets the housing trend for the whole US.
How many houses do you own? If we’re going to have a measuring contest to determine who’s got the bigger peni-, uh, expertise, we’re going to need actual numbers. Put me down for 8.
