Here's the kicker. I sent it in to be rebuilt and it is exactly the same. So either I am a comple idiot and am doing something wrong or they didn't replace the faulty components. Supposedly when they rebuild them they run them through several test locks and adjust the free play. Something isn't going right and I am not comfortable with it not meeting Fontain's required specs.
