I picked many acres of corn with this New Idea #301 mounted on a Massey Harris 44. When i switched to 30" rows in 1972, I sold the picker. I still have the 44. These pickers had a trailing husking bed with long rolls, so they picked pretty clean. We thought it was a pretty good outfit at the time.
