Seems simple enough but liability is huge. Accidently add the wrong ingredient and someone's old nag dies but it will be claimed as a 100000 race horse. Same story repeated for show critters also.
Higher volume customers will eventually get your profit margin down pretty slim to be competitive. Accounts receivable are a big worry. Some banks like to consider them uncollectable after 30 days late.
