Remove 12 out of 14 bolts, put specially made dual against it, install 12 1/2" longer bolts.
The wheels were custom made by unverferth for us, they are designed to be able to carry the weight on the outside dual only if needed. The tires are 16.9R30, they are about as tall as the 20.5R25
