Basically don't and haven't at all.  Will say this- we took mama bear to brunch for her birthday last week, and afterward she wanted to make a quick two minute dash into Walmart for something.  I said fine, I'll wait in the car- I heard they have Christmas crap up already and I don't want to go to jail for arson....

Watched a couple park their vehicle and get out with their dutiful masks on.  They were both approximately 5'6-5'8" tall, and both probably 300-350 pounds.  Both had bellies hanging over their pants and outside of their shirts.   It is a true shame that the focus of all this Kung Flu crap has been social distancing, wearing a stupid crappy cheap mask, and closing down sports venues- instead of a major push to help people who are terribly out of shape improve their well-being and their ability to fight off sickness naturally.
