I heard they grow for the Coors Stadium where the Colo Rockies play.

Kentucky Bluegrass or whatever kind of grass they are growing is one of the worst things to ever come to Colo.

It has to be irrigated frequently or else it will die in our normally semi arid climate. Except for this year as we got more rain than I can ever remember in June and July. Now I have a better idea what it must feel like to be in the Midwest in the summer.

Every year there are more and more acres of Kentucky bluegrass getting grown in Denver metro area lawns and every year fewer and fewer acres of irrigated farmland.
