| I pack my lunch about 5:30 in the morning and usually eat pretty much right at noon. The boss has a table in the seed ware house where it is hot in the summer time and cold in winter where I usally eat. I've been told that there are very serious plans to build me a little kitchenette in one corner of the machine shed that will be air conditiond and heated with my own microwave and refrigerator. Boy will that be nice! Now when I'm on one of the tractors or the combine with my lunch box right there beside me, I very seldom make it till noon before I eat. And the funny thing is, I usually start with dessert first, sometimes as early as 9:30 or 10:00 and eat the sandwitch last, maybe around 11:00. Then about 4:00 in the afternoon I start asking my self, "Is the bosses wife ever going to get here with supper?" That usually does not happen until about 7:00. | |
