msb - 7/2/2009 22:39 Got a helper with a CDL hasmat endorsement. He drove today. Bought something (new to me) a 600 shot Sky Painter.$190. That should add some excitement to the 72 shot finale rack. It sprays back and forth,so I am told. Trained some new helpers tonight. Let then all shoot a 3" salute. 2 grand and I am doing for free? lol. There was one on the shelf at the supplier that was about as big as a medicine ball. Sure would like to shoot that dude. 6" is as big as I shoot. Probably will shoot a couple 8" and 10" next year. Don't know if they are that much bigger and better that what I shoot. Sure would like to get together and compare notes sometime. Bob, that 600 shot cake should last all of about 10 seconds..... ....but an exciting 10 seconds, huh? 10" is as big as I've shot, but I think they make 16"ers. Wonder what those puppies cost each? ..The 10" in my catalog go for $145 ea. I get 15% for setting & firing a show. I did a $4k last night, lined up to do a $10k tonight (will be starting on that about noon), and another $4k tomorrow night (this one is a freebie). I'll make a tad over $2k this weekend, but I'll also lose 10-15 lbs. doing it.....I guess I can afford that too.
